United Tribes Women's Basketball to Host Dakota College Bottineau in Region XIII Semifinals

The United Tribes women's basketball team is set to host Dakota College Bottineau in a highly anticipated showdown on Wednesday, February 28th, at 6:30 PM. The clash will take place at the Thunder Dome as part of the Region XIII semifinals.
Securing the home-court advantage, the Thunderbirds earned the right to host the matchup by clinching a higher position in the Mon Dak Conference standings compared to their rivals, the Lady Jacks. United Tribes had one of their best seasons in recent years, tallying an impressive 9 conference victories, while the Lady Jacks closely trailed with 8 wins to their name.
This encounter marks the fourth meeting between the two teams this season. Dakota College Bottineau claimed victory in the first two matchups held in Bismarck, while United Tribes won in the third encounter at Bottineau, setting the stage for an intense semifinal matchup.
The winner of Wednesday's contest will advance to the Region XIII Championship Game, slated to take place on Sunday in Ironwood, MI against Gogebic College.
