Houston Davis Named Mon-Dak Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Freshman scores 31 points, grabs 6 rebounds while shooting 80% from the field and a perfect 13-13 from the free throw line in United Tribes only game last week

United Tribes Technical College is proud to announce that Houston Davis, a 6'5" freshman forward, has been named the Mon-Dak Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week. 

In the lone game last week for the Thunderbirds, Davis shot an impressive 80% from the field leading the scoring charge with 31 points and 6 rebounds.  He was also perfect from the free throw line connecting on 13-13 from stripe.  

Hailing from Belcourt, North Dakota, Davis is a product of Turtle Mountain Community High School. He is an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa.
