United Tribes wins second game in a row
All 13 players score in Tribes 2nd straight victory
United Tribes placed 6 players in double figures and all 13 players scored in a home win over Turtle Mountain Community College. Tribes raced out to an 82-41 lead in the first half and went on to win by a final score of 147-89. The balanced attack was led by Montel Carlow who scored 30 points including 8 three pointers in only 12 minutes of action. Rob McClain continued to stuff the stat sheet with 18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. Dayson Kohlus came off the bench and knocked down 6 threes for 18 points. He also had 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Robert Beaulieu had a double double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Chayton York contributed 11 points and a game high 7 assists and Zealea Kolubah chiped in 10 points off the bench.
The Thunderbirds hit the road on Friday to play in the Gillette College M and M Oilfield Classic. On Friday they play Rocky Mountain College and on Saturday they play Region IX powerhouse Gillette College.
