Thunderbirds Beat Northwest College

United Tribes rallied midway through the second half and held on to defeat Region IX foe Northwest College, 99-93.   Tribes led for most of the game, but the Trappers out of Powell, WY went on a run and took a 73-65 lead with 10 minutes to go in the game. Tribes regrouped and responded with a run of thier own and took an 81-80 lead and held on to win by 6.  

Antwan Antonio led the way with 23 points and 8 rebounds followed by Amaury Matthews with 22.  Adrian Farmer and Allis Tahahwah both contributed 17.  

The Thunderbirds hit the road for the first time this season on Wednesday November 9th against another Region IX opponent, Miles Community College.
